Our former industrial property N10 provides a unique setting and inspiring workspaces with excellent transport connections.
At N10, you’ll find flexible and functional spaces for a variety of needs. The five office floors are well suited for offices, studios and ateliers, while the two basement floors are ideal for production and storage. The property has smooth loading and drive-in access. Some spaces also offer connections to compressed air and three-phase power.

Rental prices
The rent for office and atelier spaces is €14.50 / m².
Spaces under 11 m² are rented at €155 / month.
Storage prices are tiered as follows:
- 0–15 m²: 155 € / month
- 16–25 m²: 243 € / month
- 26–35 m²: 340 € / month
- 36–45 m²: 433 € / month
- For storage spaces over 45 m², pricing is based on 11,50 € / m².
