In the evenings and on weekends, on-call service is handled by Kiinteistöpalvelu Ka-Po Oy.

There is direct vehicle access from Nilsiänkatu to the N10 courtyard, and from Pälkäneentie to the loading and storage facilities.

N10 Office

The N10 office of Kiinteistö Oy Kaapelitalo is located next to entrance A at Nilsiänkatu 10. The office is open on weekdays Mon–Fri at 9am-4pm.

N10 exterior doors 

All exterior doors of the N10 building are locked. Please make sure the doors close properly behind you when entering or leaving.

Courtyard gate 

The gate to the N10 courtyard is open on weekdays Mon–Fri 7am-5pm. In the evenings and on weekends, the gate is closed.

The gate is operated using the arrow buttons inside the metal control box located on the courtyard side. The gate’s photocell acts as a safety feature and prevents it from closing if it detects an obstacle or if it’s dirty. If the gate won’t close, try wiping the reflector plate.

Courtyard parking

  • The visitor parking space in the N10 courtyard is the second spot from the gate and is reserved for guests. There is a two-hour parking limit with a parking disc.
  • All other parking spaces in the courtyard, as well as the moped spot in front of the waste shed, are reserved for N10 tenants only.
  • Loading in the courtyard is allowed for up to 15 minutes, as long as it doesn’t block other traffic.
  • Parking enforcement throughout the property is handled by Parkkipate. Vehicles parked without proper authorization will be subject to a parking fine.

Parking is available nearby, for example in the Aimo Park Vallila parking hall and in the outdoor parking area along Nilsiänkatu.
